Submersible drainage pumps MHP

Submersible drainage pumps MHP are intended for pumping heavily polluted waters with solid particles (sand, abrasive particles and etc).

Technical characteristics:
- Capacity (delivery rate) – up to 160 m3/h;
- Pump Head – up to 57 m;
- Temperature of pumped liquid: +40°С;
- Submersion depth – up to 25 m.

Application:
- civil building engineering,
- water discharge from mines, pits, trenches,
- water discharge from tunnels, underground developments.

Electromotor:
- 2 pole (2900 rpm) asynchronous (induction) electromotor with short-circuited rotor – power capacity from 1,5 KWT – 15,0 KWT,
- protection grade – IP68,
- insulation class of windings F (155ºС),
- inbuilt thermo switch,
- electrocable - 8 m.

Product description:
- electromotor and pump bodies are made of ductile iron, what increases operational lifetime;
- special mechanical sealing makes it possible to submerse a pump to the depth of up to 25 m;
- half-open impeller made of extra-strong alloy in combination with high quality iron inlet plate provide an opportunity to pump heavily polluted liquids;
- suction part is equipped with mesh filter, which prevents the pump from intrusion of big particles;
- space-saving design allows using the pump in narrow wells and mines;
- vertical inlet pressure pipe connector.
