Leaktight well head walls

Well head walls are used for sealing of well collars (heads) with casing pipe outer diameter of 127-168 mm, when the pump, polyethylene pressure pipe of 32 mm in diameter, as well as round section cables in covering (power cable for electricity supply for pump from 3x1,5 mm2 to 4x4 mm2, and if necessary communication cable from 3x0,75 mm2 to 3x1,5 mm2 used for the connection of “dry running” switches) are already installed in the well

With the help of the well head walls you could:
- prevent well from shallow ground water and foreign items,
- increase the rate of not deep and sandy wells through depression between the head wall and the lowering water level while the pump is working,
- improve the level of pump hanging safety and simplify exploitation of technical well,
- make your well look nicer.

Head wall characteristics:
- installation of head wall does not require welding, as it could be easily mounted by means of bolts tightening, which are compressing sealing rubber ring between cap and clamping flange,
- possibility of pump submersion with the help of winding gear, crane and other lifting devices and upper eye-bolts, placed on the head wall cap,
- connection of wire rope, attached to the pump, to the lower eye-bolt with swiveling hook.
