circulation pumps HKS/U

There are two versions of circulation pumps HKS/U with “wet” rotor: single-speed and three-speed. Insulation class – H.
The pump is equipped with single-phase/three-phase electromotor with “wet” rotor (the rotor does have direct contact with water). Rotor insulation in the pump mechanism is provided by special ceramic and metal sealing rings. These very sealings protect the rotor from direct contact with pumped liquid. The key operation principal of units with “wet” rotor is that there is a slight hardly visible water layer between rubbing protective rings. This layer helps to keep pressure difference in the heating system and in working chamber, and as a results it ensures hermiticity (leak resistance) of rotor unit. Besides during the work the sealing rings are rubbing with each other so closely that it provides even better hermeticity of the unit.
