Fixation clip for heated floors 16

Fixation clip (anchor shackle) is suitable for professional pipe fixation in floor heating system with the help of special tool Tacker-16. It could be used for pipes of dia 16 mm. Specially designed plastic shackle ensures safe fastening of floor heating pipes of any type to the upper plates of heat insulation layer (polystyrene foam). Mentioned clips are manufactured of stamped polymer in red and black colour with impact-resistant plastic cogs. It suits all types of floor heating pipes, produced under DIN 4724, DIN 4725, DIN 4726.
Fixation clip (anchor shackle) is to be put above the pipe and safely fastens position of floor heating circuits by means of anchoring in the polystyrene foam plates at a depth of two cogs. They should be applied along the whole horizontal length of floor heating pipeline, especially in places of curves and turns (direction changing). Distance between fixation points should amount to not less than 0,5 m for horizontal sections. In case of curve fixing it is necessary to keep spacing of 0,1 m for better pipe fastening. Fixation clip consumption for 200 m pipe amounts to 500 pcs.
