Circulation pumps HKA

Circulation pumps HKA, HKA-V are energy-saving pumps with “wet” rotor. Rotor is separated from the stator with a stainless steel cup. Pumped liquid simultaneously performs two functions: pump parts lubricating and cooling of the motor.
The pumps are equipped with electromotors with constant magnets and electronic control units, which allow setting different pump operation modes, such as proportional, mode of constant pressure, night mode (mode of power reduction). Electric frequency regulating unit automatically adjusts pump capacity to the real differential pressure, that ensures high energy efficiency of the pump.
Insulation class – H, protection grade – IP 42.

Application
Circulation pumps HKA (V) are intended for water circulation in heating systems, local systems of hot water supply as well as in systems of air conditioning and cooling. By cooling systems we understand those, where ambient temperature is higher than a temperature of pumped liquid.

HKA (V) are suitable for:
- Systems with constant and intermittent supply, where it is reasonable to optimize position of pump operating point,
- Systems with variable temperatures in pressure pipeline,
- Systems, where it is reasonable to use automatic night mode.

HKA (V) pumps are used in different heating systems. Automatic controllers of these pumps could regulate pressure overbalance in accordance with current requirements of the system without using external elements.

HKA (V) series are pumps with rotor, which is separated from stator with leak-proof cup, that means that pump and motor form a single union without shaft sealings, where only two sealing rings are used.
The bearings are lubricated with pumped liquid.

Pump construction:
- shaft and radial bearings are made of ceramics,
- graphite axial bearing,
- rotor protection cup and bearing flange are made of stainless steel,
- impeller is manufactured of composite material resistant to corrosion,
- pump body is made of cast iron with cataphoretic coating.
