Pump Control Box UC

Pump control boxes UC are intended for management and control of pumps, used in water supply systems as a part of pumping stations for water delivery and discharge from reservoirs.
- Level control with the help of liquid probes (electrodes) and float switches,
- Control of pressure in water supply systems – with the help of pressure switches.

Control boxes UC in plastic cases could manage one or two single-phase or three-phase pumps, as well as effect protection of pump electric motors. Each pump electric motor has individual current protection, which switches off voltage supply in case of overloading.
RS 485 Interface provides an opportunity of connection to dispatch system.
Pump control boxes are equipped with LCD display showing main technical parameters of pump or system performance, such as:
- Pump performance – according to level,
- Pump performance – according to pressure,
- Pump performance – according to pressure + protection from dry running,
- Supply voltage,
- Pump working current in A,
- Emergency and alarm signals.

- Nominal voltage: 230/400 V,
- Working humidity level: 20%+/-90% without formation of condensation,
- Protection grade: IP22 and IP54.

Main functions of control module:
- management, control and protection of one or two pumps,
- inbuilt function switcher for control box usage in different conditions,
- auto/manual switch,
- inbuilt controller for industrial and domestic pumps,
- automatic stop of the pump in case of water shortage, protecting it from dry running
without installing liquid probes (electrodes) in the well,
- alarm signal and protection from short circuit in case of overloading and pump cut-off,
- alarm signal and protection from under and over voltage,
- visual alarm signal in case of failure,
- start and stop of the pump in accordance with different liquid level or pressure settings
